1998 – Foundation
ESAG Escrow Services AG was founded back in 1998 and quickly established itself as a leading provider of escrow services. Since then, clients have benefited from the company’s high level of expertise in the three most important areas of escrow:

2021 – New management
A new management team has been running the company since 2021. All shareholders actively work for the company. The founder of the company continues to be a member of the Board of Directors and works for the company as a senior consultant.
2022 – Rebranding
ESAG Escrow Services AG gets a new brand identity. The logo, typeface and color scheme now reflect the modern zeitgeist and symbolize the solid attributes of a leading technology fiduciary.
